Right Of Rescission
You can revoke your purchase agreement with us within 14 days after purchase at no reason. If you want to assume this right we demand a written notice as e-mail or letter to our business adresses. The term starts with receipt of your ordered goods and you must secure that the item leaves your place before two weeks after purchase.
Consequences Of Rescission
We guarantee a full reimbursement of the paid price within 15 days notice after receipt if we receive the item back in new condition. New means new, not damaged or used in any given way. If the item is used or damaged we might decrease or defeat the reimbursement.
Please note: this agreement does NOT include shipping costs. We will not reimburse for shipping costs and you will need to pay the postage of sending the item back on your own behalf.
Contract Of Purchase
Following comon law your order equals a contract of purchase.
The contract is valid from the moment an e-mail from us confirming your order reaches you.
Your order equals an binding agreement to our terms and conditions and to purchase the ordered item. It is effective from the moment when you hit the confirm button at the end of the ordering process.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and we guarantee a turnover of your order within 2 working days, except otherwise noticed

File Of Contract
We will file all entered details of your order. If you wish to obtain a printed version of your order you have the chance to print right after checkout when you confirmed your order.

Payment And Shipping Conditions
We guarantee a shipout of your ordered goods within 2 working days, except otherwise noticed. If the shop is temporarily closed due to absence like holidays, illness or similar reasons you will be informed about possible shipping delays on the start page of the shop.
We offer payments via PayPal and money wire transfer to our German bank account.
Shipping requires prepayment.
